Please make sure that you are clear not only of the time but the place of your appointment. Check before your appointment that things are still as scheduled and ensure that the telephone numbers you give when first registering include ones that we can contact you on reliably and at short notice.
Diagnostic Tests:
You may need to have tests carried out on the day of your appointment. Please confirm the time and location of any tests with the secretary before your appointment.
If you have already had tests done ensure you bring them with you however old they are.
Fees and Insurance:
Patients with Medical Insurance:
- All our fees are fixed and we do not charge within insurance guidelines. Quotes are provided for all procedures.
- Please obtain an authorisation number from your insurance company prior to your visit to cover the cost of your treatment. Please check the amount that your insurance company will pay towards Dr Wong’s fees.
- Patients are responsible for any shortfalls that may occur on consultation, operation and investigation fees.
Outpatient Fees:
- All initial outpatient consultations with Dr Wong are £ 250.00
- All follow-up appointments with Dr Wong are £ 200.00.
